Defter Kasa

Last updated: March 23, 2026

Defter Kasa is a ledger app designed to help users manage business and customer records in a more organized way. This policy explains what information may be accessed while using the app, how that information is handled, and which permissions are used for what purpose.

General approach

Defter Kasa is designed to manage business, customer, debt, payment, and note records created by the user. Its goal is to keep day-to-day business tracking fast and easy to follow.

Collected and stored information

  • Records created inside the app are stored locally on your device.
  • Files selected during backup or restore are used only to complete those actions.
  • Credit card information is not collected or stored as part of normal app use.

Camera and image access

  • Camera permission is used only when you explicitly choose to take a photo.
  • Gallery or file access is used when you want to add visuals to records.
  • Selected images are stored on your device to be associated with related records.

Notifications and security

  • Notification permission may be used for reminders about upcoming or due records.
  • PIN or biometric lock features may be used to help protect access on your device.

Payments and platform services

  • If subscriptions or payments are offered, they are handled through Google Play infrastructure.
  • The store, operating system, or selected backup services may apply their own privacy policies.

Data sharing

  • G-Soft does not aim to transfer commercial records to its own servers during routine use.
  • Your personal data is not sold.
  • Data sharing is not intended outside legal obligations or actions explicitly initiated by you.
