Defter Kasa is a ledger app designed to help users manage business and customer records in a more organized way. This policy explains what information may be accessed while using the app, how that information is handled, and which permissions are used for what purpose.

- Records created inside the app are stored locally on your device.
- Files selected during backup or restore are used only to complete those actions.
- Credit card information is not collected or stored as part of normal app use.
Camera and image access
- Camera permission is used only when you explicitly choose to take a photo.
- Gallery or file access is used when you want to add visuals to records.
- Selected images are stored on your device to be associated with related records.
Notifications and security
- Notification permission may be used for reminders about upcoming or due records.
- PIN or biometric lock features may be used to help protect access on your device.
Payments and platform services
- If subscriptions or payments are offered, they are handled through Google Play infrastructure.
- The store, operating system, or selected backup services may apply their own privacy policies.
Data sharing
- G-Soft does not aim to transfer commercial records to its own servers during routine use.
